QUALIFICATION:
BS/MS in Computer Science from a Recognized Institute/Foreign University
EXPERIENCE:
· At least 02 years of Team/Project Leading experience
· 7-8 years of core development experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
· Well versed in C/C++/C#/Java
· Must have good hands on SQL Server 2000/2005
· Must possess effective analytical and problem solving skills
· Must be familiar with Linux (Linux Development Experience will be a PLUS)
· In-depth knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies.
· Very strong knowledge of software development estimation techniques such as functional point or use case point estimation.
