HR Operations Manager required in A leading international Distribution company

  • Masters from a reputed Business Institute
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Assists in developing effective long-term staffing plans to get the right people, in the right jobs at the right time
  • Plan, develop and implement wage and salary programs to align with business strategy and external competitive concerns
  • Formulate and develop general personnel policies and procedures. Manage and perform various functions of the department including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training
  • Review personnel actions including merit increases, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the uniform application of policies and procedures and the application of discipline to preserve positive employee relations
  • nowledge of HRIS and payroll software to assure adequate record-keeping, reporting, administrative compliance consistent with regulatory and internal practices, and insure overall data integrity in field location. Ability to utilize available data for assessment of current state on progress on key initiatives
