Assistant Manager Human Resources and Administration

Qualification and Experience:

Well qualified preferably MBA (major in HR) / Law graduates with 5-6 years of working experience in the administration department of medium to large size industrial unit.

Incumbent should have a successful track record of experience in industrial relations, personnel & administrative functions. The candidate should possess qualities to participate with senior management in developing and establishing organizational and company policies, receive strategic guidance and make final decisions on administrative and operational matters Excellent communication, interpersonal & team building skills along with knowledge of labour laws are a must.
