· BCS/MCS, BS/MS Computer Science
· Minimum 0-2-4 years, preferably 2+ years of experience of programming in a medium to large size organization
· Programming experience of Oracle Database and Forms, preferable Oracle Certified.
· Dot NET and Web Based programming experience will be a plus.
