ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - Client on Board (COB)
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning of new client on board
• Project monitoring and tracking
• Actively works to ensure smooth and timely client environment setup
• Liaison between Financial Institution and i2c
• Management of payment network setup
• Liaison between Association (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMX) and i2c
• Liaison between customers and i2c
• Liaison between PMO and AAG
• Coordination with Account Advocate Group
• Review and suggest improvements in Customer specification document
Key Requirements
• BCS with 5-6 years experience
• Strong Project Management knowledge
• Team supervision
• Strong reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have on hands experience in executing small and medium project

• Problem solving and team management
• Risk identification
