:: Proactive monitoring of application performance in every area
:: Trend analysis of application utilization in different areas
:: Based on trend analysis providing feedback to the development, Db or Network groups for fixing the issue or capacity planning
:: Compilation of different reports at central location for change recommendation
:: Work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification
:: In case priority 1 issue, open conference bridge and get all relevant stakeholders on it till the issue is resolved

:: BCS/MCS with 2-4 years experience
:: Have experience in the testing/development of project or products. :: Gone through the project life cycle and having experience of writing or executing testing scenario or development and unit testing of the application. Working on online application will be a added advantage. He will able to guide junior resources for the completion task.
:: He can be from QA or Development track.
Required Tools and Technologies
SQL, Database management tool like DB Visualizer, strong analytical skills, Test Scenario definition and execution, Debugging of application, problem identification skills.
