· Degree in Business / Commerce with minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sector.
· Thorough knowledge of the present market conditions of real estate sector.
· Ability to identify potential development projects and to support the Management for marketing of completed projects through self-developed comprehensive marketing plans.
· Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
