Eligibility Criteria/Duties & Responsibilities

- Minimum 4-8 years experience as lawyer in corporate/business environment

- Must be LLB Qualified and Enrolled in Sindh Bar /Karachi Bar

- Attend and plead litigation cases at Districts Courts, banking Court, High Courts etc.

- Assist in preparation of the case by identifying relevant case law.

- Well conversant with recovery laws and conduct recovery suits in Banking courts, etc.
