| Eligibility Criteria/Duties & Responsibilities |
- Knowledge and 3-5 years hands on experience of Branch Banking Operations in a commercial Bank. |
- Knowledge of relevant Prudential Regulations acquainted with the role and mechanism of operational control in Branch Banking Network. |
| - Ability to analyze the Branch Banking periodic quantitative position for Budget reviews, YTD achievement, Improvements required. |
| - Assist Head of Operations in liaison of periodic reporting. |
| - Assist ensure communication of operational guidelines as well as practical implementation from Branch Banking on pan Pakistan. |
| - Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills. |
| - Clear understanding of operational and mechanism of Reconciliation function |

| Eligibility Criteria/Duties & Responsibilities |
- Minimum 4-8 years experience as lawyer in corporate/business environment |
- Must be LLB Qualified and Enrolled in Sindh Bar /Karachi Bar |
| - Should be associated with renowned law firm |
| - Attend and plead litigation cases at Districts Courts, banking Court, High Courts etc. |
| - Assist in preparation of the case by identifying relevant case law. |
| - Well conversant with recovery laws and conduct recovery suits in Banking courts, etc. |
| - Proficient in writing legal opinion and petitions |
| - Ability to prepare Legal Notices. |
| - Vet and scrutinize property / collateral documents / title clearance of owners |
| - Prepare / vet different types of agreements / deeds. |
| - Present Banks cases before ombudsmen and Wafaqi Mohtasib |
| - Prepare / draft indemnities / guarantees |
| - Detect fraud & forgery and related issues. |
| - Handle criminal matters & related issues and attend special courts ( courts for offences in Banks) |
