Executive/ Officer

(20 positions, for M/E/N shifts)

Individuals will be required to provide support to customers, communicating their queries to relevant departments and getting it resolved, meeting the service level agreement and SOPS. The job requires working with close co-ordination and strong follow ups.

Job Specifications

    * Graduation from  reputable institution
    * 1-2 years of experience in customer support
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Computer & Internet savvy
