Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science/Computer Engineering

Experience:
Senior Customer Support Engineers:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in providing technical support to corporate clients.

Customer Support Engineers:

  • At-least 1-3 years experience in providing technical support to corporate clients.
  • Experience of traveling in international regions would be a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates with outstanding academic background can also apply as Trainees.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL Query and Database connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Expert in windows.
  • Basic know how on Networking and firewall settings.
  • Problem solving skills / Trouble shooting skills.
  • Basic Electronics skills
