Ø To Review the drawing and spare parts of equipments for current Sea Bulk Loading Project . Representing a s plant maintenance engineer for ongoing project construction activities and to carry its commissioning in very near future.
Ø To Review drawings and other related projects works as plant maintenance engineer specially for the forth coming ABS Project where PKG maintenance engineer will be also part of the reviewing of project documents & operation /maintenance manuals and will be also member of commissioning team of ABS project in near future . The plant maintenance engineer will also share the responsibilities for small and medium projects in the packaging maintenance area .
Ø To review and provide comments on all incoming suggestion from employees and review & provide feedback for their implementations and completion.
Ø Periodic review and inspection of plant’s spare parts and publish the reports.
Ø Inspection and review of new and old plant spare parts in warehouse and raise the CIW for required new spare parts for addition as new WH stock item .
Ø Follow-up and coordination of non availability of warehouse stock items for plant emergency requirements.
Ø Implementation and reporting of all packaging plant’s PM activities successfully and effectively carried out and their performance analysis on equipments.
Ø Establishing priorities for the performance of corrective maintenance and plant modification to achieve more efficient, effective and reliable plant operation.
Ø Direct and supervises maintenance force through plant maintenance supervisor.
Ø Monitors the inventory of repair and replacement parts, tools and related maintenance equipment to ensure adequate stock levels to maintain continuity of PKG operation.
Ø To makes frequent inspections of all the PKG plants to ensure proper functioning of machines and equipments and advise to initiate work orders to concern persons to accomplish corrective maintenance when required.
Ø To assist maintenance supervisors in analyzing and executing more difficult maintenance projects such as major breakdown, abnormal equipment operation and annual shutdown .
Ø Plan and directs the training and safety programs to the technical staff.
Ø To Work independently on common maintenance engineering problems and support to the maintenance supervisors on all technical issues and resolve with cooperation.
Ø To develop new procedures such as PM procedures and review periodically for any change.
Ø To Prepare and issue compressive technical reports and to the maintenance superintendent for preparing yearly maintenance budget of the section.
Ø To prepare and develop training programs for the technicians on latest techniques and maintenance works .
Ø To prepare and develop the plans to improve the Quality and Safety in the area based on company and department’s aims and objectives .
Ø To prepare and develop the plans to analyze and carry corrective measures specially on repeated problems in the areas.
