Principal Functions:

  • Assists in recruiting, interviewing and hiring company personnel.

  • conducts new employee orientation, and ensure personnel are well informed of human resource policies and procedure.

  • Prepares Recruitment list and job posting by advertisement, consulting firms and public relation and maintains its records

  • Responsible for advertising the vacant positions in newspaper and maintains its records

  • Responsible for initial screening of Cvs

  • Makes arrangements for conducting interviews including venue, seating arrangements, PCs, multimedia projector, Overhead Projector etc.

  • prepares reports and timelines of all the vacant

  • Processes employment verification forms.
