Principal Functions:	Assists in recruiting, interviewing and hiring company personnel. conducts new employee orientation, and ensure personnel are well informed of human resource policies and procedure. Prepares Recruitment list and job posting by advertisement, consulting firms and public relation and maintains its records Responsible for advertising the vacant positions in newspaper and maintains its records Responsible for initial screening of Cvs Makes arrangements for conducting interviews including venue, seating arrangements, PCs, multimedia projector, Overhead Projector etc. prepares reports and timelines of all the vacant Processes employment verification forms.
