Job Description:
The person in this position must have knowledge of marketing educational courses and institutes. The individual will be required to develop linkages with the local government, private sector, philanthropist and donor, assist in developing marketing material for the project and developing a marketing and communications strategy for students and parents.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development marketing & relationship framework for the project:
- Development of linkages with the local government, private sector, philanthropist and donors
- Developing marketing material for the project
- Developing marketing and communications strategy for students and parents, as part of the INSTITIUTE philosophy.
- Assisting in managing events and promotional activities under the project.
- Develop proposals and undertake networking to generate funding for the expansion of the Institute.
- Develop marketing and communication strategies to attract students to the programmed.
- Work closely with the careers service to ensure they have accurate, up to date information.
Required Qualification:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Counseling, Youth Development, Social Sciences or in an applicable subject area.
Required Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Required Skills:
- Advance knowledge of office related software (Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail).
- Proficiency in English language; good writing and speaking ability (including report writing and oral presentations) .
- Professional and personal traits; Good listener, Creative thinker, Decision maker, Problem solver, Undertakes Responsibility, Team worker.
- Able to work in a challenging work environment.
