Our client is a well-established company with a large portfolio of brands Currently looking for
dynamic candidate to expand its growth.

National Sales Manager


This role
involves heading up their National Sales division and reports into the Sales
and Marketing Director. You will have complete responsibility for driving the
Retail Channel Sales team to achieve both their state and national budget. This
is a key role for their business and they are looking for a results driven,
highly strategic individual that can effectively set & implement an overall
business plan for the Retail Channel. You will need to manage tactical
development and acquisition of market share through your team of National
Account Managers, State Managers, Field Sales staff and Agency sales
representatives.Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree a plus.

Five plus years managing P&L and sales executives within
a successful direct marketing services organization. Five or more years of
successful sales experience from within the direct marketing industry.

Knowledge of direct marketing sales and services, and the
ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers.

Track record of success working with senior executive level

Must be able to stage a consultative selling process that
overcomes objections and indifference and connects "need" with the
company's solutions.

Ability to stay current with our innovations, as well as
products and services offered by the competition and the broader direct
marketing services space. Impeccable oral and verbal communication and
presentation skills
