Brand Marketing

One of a leading manufacturing concern is looking for suitable female candidates for their brand marketing dept.

Qualification : BS (Textile Design) /BBA (Textile Management & Marketing) /
MBA(Marketing)
Gender Female
Age 25 to 40.

Skill-Set:

· Self motivated, proactive and creative.

· Competent people management skills.

· Comprehensive knowledge of brand, marketing and sales concepts and
Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).

· Keen market and consumer research skills.

· Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas

· Possess a keen understanding of the life style industry and
company business processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

§ Prepare strategic and tactical marketing plans/ proposals for the
brand and implement through creative media planning.

§ Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify consumer needs
and wants.

§ Lead team-think to continuously improve brand and its promotion.

§ Identifying & developing campaigns that are critical to achieve
the desired brand positioning, sales, revenue and activation targets.

§ Develop ideas and create advertising & promotion material /
offers, (in-house or through external agencies)

§ Conceptualize new ideas, under take research and evaluate for
viability.

§ Devising and implementing ATL & BTL promotional initiatives to
profitably increase sales.

§ Strategic analysis of brand and competition.

§ Travel to markets and get feedback from consumers and internal
feedback from sales force.

§ Explore options and submit proposals to enhance product quality
and brand imagery.

§ Coordinating with advertising agencies for implementation of media
planning/ongoing campaigns.

§ Coordinate and interact with other departments to accomplish work
assignments.
