Customer Support Engineers/International Customer Support Engineers

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors in Computer Science/Computer Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

· At least 1-3 years in providing technical support to corporate clients.

· Experience of traveling in international regions would be a plus.

· Fresh Graduates with outstanding academic background can also apply as Trainees.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of SQL Query and Database connectivity.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Expert in windows.
• Basic know how on Networking and firewall settings.
• Problem solving skills / Trouble shooting skills.
• Basic Electronics skills

General:
· Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
· Effective Presentation Skills
· Team Player
· Energetic and Result Driven
Knowledge of different languages would be a plus (Arabic, French, Spanish)
