Job
Description:

The Trainer
will be responsible for training new hires for international projects on
product knowledge (Inbound & Outbound), CS skills, Sales Techniques &
also refresher trainings for existing employees.



Accountabilities
/ Responsibilities:

·
Proven
track record and understanding of Sales / CS campaigns and Call Center
environment.

·
Prior
experience of training agents in a call center (minimum 1 year)

·
Extensive
communication and language skills

·
Strong
command over verbal and spoken English

·
Good
working exposure of Microsoft office and internet

·
Good
analysis skills



Required
Qualification / Experience:

·
At
least bachelor’s degree

·
Well
groomed personality

·
Call center experience (Minimum 2 years)
